Shipping & Delivery

Irish customers should receive their order within 2 – 4 working days of placing order. Although there may be delays at busy times of the year such as Christmas. All orders are despatched using An Post next day delivery parcel service and are insured and trackable. A signature upon delivery is required, however, if you are not there to receive your order a note will be left advising you that your order can be collected at the local Post Office. Please note that if you fail to collect your order within a certain length of time (usually ten days), it will be returned to us. We are happy to send your order out again but please note that you will have to pay for the shipping again.
Ireland (Inc N. Ireland): €4.95 shipping fee for entire order (free delivery for orders over €60)
Great Britain: (includes the Channel Islands). €9.75 shipping fee
Europe: First Kg - €14.50. Each addidional Kg €2.00 (Add products to your cart and enter your country in shipping estimate to get cost of delivery)
USA, Canada, Austrailia, New Zealand: First Kg - €18.00. Each additional Kg €2.25 (Add products to your cart and enter your country in shipping estimate to get cost of delivery)

Returns & Replacements

Unwanted Goods: If the item(s) you received are not what you were expecting we will happily take it back. Please contact us by e-mail at outlining what you would like to return along with your order number. You can then go to to get your returns label. Follow the steps, print your label and return parcel to your local post office. The cost of the label is €3.95

Return My Shopping

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Goods should be returned unused and should include the original labels and packaging in order to allow resale. We cannot accept returned items in which the labels have been removed or packaging damaged. When the goods are received we will contact you by e-mail and refund in full (excluding delivery costs). The cost of returning the unwanted goods will be paid by you.

Faulty Goods: If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at outlining the product and your order number and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will forward you on a prepaid postal label and ask you to drop the parcel at your nearest post office.

Orders can be made online or you can contact us 10am - 5pm on 087 3626432. Payment is accepted by credit card, visa debit, paypal or cheque/postal order (must be cleared prior to goods being released). Credit/Visa debit cards are securly processed by realex. Realex are Irelands No 1 payments service provider with clients such as Virgin Atlantic & Aerlingus. When we receive your order, you will receive an email as confirmation. When you order goods from us, a contract will be formed when you have received this confirmation email.

Go Green

We recycle all our box's and packaging and also buy in some new spic and span ones. This helps keep costs down for us and you, but mainly for the environment. So if you receive your order in a recycled box, don’t think it is any less important than one delivered in a new box. We’re just doing our bit for the environment

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our prices are outlined on our website and displayed in Euro. We try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If an error in pricing is noted, we will contact you with the contact details that you have supplied us with to inform you. We will give you the option of re-ordering at the new price or of cancelling your order. Where you opt to cancel your order, any payment already made will be fully refunded. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any payment already made. You must pay for goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order. You do not own the goods until full payment is made including delivery charges where applicable. Where you opt to pay by cheque, you do not own the goods until the cheque has been received and payment has been cleared by your bank. Promotion coupons and discounts can be availed at checkout on the website. .
